The Department of Marketing Services supports the Committee on Insurance and Member Benefits. The Committee is charged with identifying programs and services that will be of value to members throughout their career cycles.
The Marketing Department, in addition to identifying programs, monitors program utilization, works with approved vendors to coordinate and design marketing campaigns, and performs periodic member satisfaction surveys to ensure that approved vendors are maintaining high service standards.
In addition to the above, the Department also develops practice management workshops that help to improve office efficiency and provides the latest information on office management principles.
