MSSNY is pleased to announce its participation, alongside 172 other esteemed organizations, in an important letter addressed to United Healthcare, expressing concerns regarding their proposed implementation of additional prior authorizations and acknowledging the significant impact such measures would have on our dedicated Gastrointestinal Physicians and their teams. We hope United Healthcare will recognize the profound administrative challenges this would impose and refrain from advancing this new mandate.
