The potential affiliation of Albany-based CDPHP by The Lifetime Healthcare Companies, based in Rochester, is “on track to happen for business reasons,” said Medical Society of the State of New York Executive Vice President Tom Lee, yet “[t]his kind of market consolidation is concerning.” Lee’s concerns include procedural revisions or policy changes that dilute local control.
